Department (Highway Division, Charsadda), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic Bids from the eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage Single envelope procedure for the following works.
Biding documents and Instruction to bidders can be obtain from this office on any working day or can be downloaded from C&W web site (www.cwd.gkp.pk) be ore the submision date and time.
2. A copy of Technical Proposal in the required format is mandatory and to be uploaded as part of E-Bid before submission of Financial Bid.
3. As per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022 the additional Security shall be submitted by he bidders as under:
4. Bid shall accompany with 0.03% of E/Cost as tender entry fee in shape of separate CDR which is non-refundable.
5. Legible scanned copy of Bid Security shall be submitted electronically along with the bid on E-Bidding system.
6. All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2023 Act No. XXI of 2013.
7. The financial bid will be opened after the approval of Technical Bid from the Competent Authority.
8. Venue of the Financial Bid opening is the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Charsadda KPK.
