Applications are invited from citizens of Pakistan for recruitment against the following posts lying vacant in various Benches of Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) across the count, under the administrative control of Law and Justice

1. Any application in hard form received in this Division will not be entertained.
2. The relevant/required documents (in original) should be submitted/shown at the time of Test/Interview.
3. Minist, of Law and Justice reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at any stage and can also cancel the whole recruitment process.
4. Regional/local quota will be observed under Rule-15 and 16 of the Civil Servants (Appointment. Prornotion and Transfer) Rules. 1973.

• The general age relaxation shall be granted to the applicants as per rules and regulations issued by the Federal government from time to time.
• Candidates already in Government Service must apply through proper channel.
• All recruitment shall be made in accordance with the policies circulated by Federal government from time to time.
• The applications received after due date and incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteda will be called for TesVInterview.
• No TAIDA will be admissible to appear for Test/Interview.
• The applicants with disabilities shall have to produce valid disability certificate issued by Government Hospital, declaring therein that he/she is fit for government job.
• The officials can be appointed in any of the Bench of the Tribunal of the province in which the post is lying vacant and can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
• ‘The appointees against the posts of UDC and LDC at S. No. 3 8 4 above shall qualify three (03) Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) to be conducted by NITS 4514114 8441 probation period, failing which the services 81 1114 aPPointee can be terminated as per rules and regulations.
